Important Installation Notes:

• Tailgate hinge brackets must be swapped or trimmed (10mm) to clear the swing-arm
• For 2002+ models, drill one 8.5mm hole above the rear crossmember void
• For earlier models with fuel tank behind the crossmember, a rivnut is recommended
• Hi-Lift jack and mount sold separately

Please note: For products with a galvanised finish option, the galvanising process is inherently industrial in nature and, as such, the final appearance may vary slightly from product photos. A completely smooth finish cannot be guaranteed, and minor lumps, bumps, surface variations, and zinc runs are a normal characteristic of the galvanising process. Over time, the finish will naturally weather and dull as part of the normal ageing process.
