OakRidge Engineering was the brainchild of 2 blokes and a couple of old Land Rovers….. Well what else did you expect? The founders Chris and Simon are both time served, apprentice trained engineers, who have nearly 50 years engineering, design and manufacturing experience between them. They love to spend their spare time tinkering with their collection of old and new defenders.
The concept of ORE is to bring a select range of high quality aftermarket products to Land Rover enthusiasts. As well as as manufacturing our own products we will also source and test a range of high-quality aftermarket products from other manufacturers so that we can fully guarantee and audit quality. All of our ORE branded products are designed and manufactured in Great Britain. Manufacturing products exclusively in Great Britain is not the only way we are different, ORE is recruiting a Founding Member Team, to extend the development and testing of products to a hand-picked group of Defender enthusiasts; our products will be fully tested and reviewed by Land Rover lovers!

We aim to respond to you in 24hrs. One of our frustrations as Land Rover enthusiasts was the poor service we received when purchasing aftermarket accessories. We lost track of the number of times we tried to call or email a supplier for advice, missing fixings, damaged items or late deliveries! We decided the aftermarket industry needed something different and thats why we set up OakRidge! Looking at our feedback and reviews its fair to say were doing a pretty good job of keeping our fellow enthusiasts happy so far!
